Where is the store based?

  • Tiny Korner Krafts is located in Orlando, Florida.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • Not at this time I do not offer shipping outside of the Continental United States.
  • Shipping is not available for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.

Payments

  •  Payments are due when placing your order.
  •  Tiny Korner Krafts accepts Pay Pal for purchases. This may be done with a credit or debit card. No need to create a PayPal account!)
  •  If you create an account, shipping will automatically be added to the shopping cart.
  •  It is not necessary to create an account, therefore the Shipping Charges appear when you put in your shipping address.

   How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  • We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

  • Shipping Charges appear after adding your address. Customers local to Orlando, Florida may choose Local Pick Up in the shipping section. Shipping is still available if preferred. Shipping is determined by Zip Code.
  • Contact me if shipping charges appear in the Order. Your Zip Code will be added to the list, therefore Shipping charges will be taken off your purchase. Contact me to arrange order Pick-Up.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Please allow for 2 – 3 days following your purchase and the receipt of the funds before I ship your item.
  •  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. This is depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.   All items will ship USPS. I will send a confirmation number to you once the item has been sent out for shipment.
  •  Please allow 7 – 10 days before contacting me regarding shipment delays. I am not responsible for delays, thefts or shipping errors.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

  •  I will do my best to provide an accurate description of each item. Pictures of each item is provided. Be sure that you look at the pictures and read the description carefully. Most of all customer satisfaction is very important to us.
  •  If your item does not meet your expectations, contact me within 48 hours of receipt. We will then discuss an alternative or arrange a refund.
  •  All returns must be in the original condition. Please send a picture with description of problem.
  •  You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on the sale, return and or exchange.
  •  Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
  •  Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and so can vary in color and / or style.
